1. General Provisions and Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all reservations made directly on the Hipotel Père Lachaise website, by phone, or through any other direct means of contact. They also apply to reservations made through the booking service provided by D-edge and any other intermediary or partner platform. These Terms and Conditions of Sale supersede and replace all prior terms and conditions.

2. Reservation Process

The reservation is final and binding once the guest has received a booking confirmation from us, whether by email or another written means. The reservation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the rates, the room descriptions, and the hotel’s policies.

The booking guarantee for hotel-pere-lachaise.hipotel.fr

Hiporesa.com charges a flat fee equal to 12% of the total booking amount: the booking guarantee. This fee covers the costs of processing the booking made by the customer on the Website or via mobile services, as well as ensuring availability at the hotel.

It is charged as soon as the customer confirms the reservation at the final step. This reservation guarantee is required for each reservation and may be refunded under the same conditions as the booked rate.

The payment terms for the remaining balance vary depending on the selected rate. It will either be charged directly by the hotel or paid upon the guest’s arrival.

Payment: Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or on-site upon arrival or departure, depending on the terms of the selected offer. A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.

3. Rates

Prices are listed in euros, including VAT. They are per room per night, based on the number of guests indicated. The local tourist tax, if applicable, is not included and will be charged as an additional fee. Rates are subject to change without notice, but rates confirmed at the time of booking will not be changed.

Pricing Terms

Prices are confirmed to the customer as amounts inclusive of tax, in the hotel’s business currency (which in some cases may differ from the hotel’s local currency), and are valid only for the period indicated on the Website or on the Mobile Services. The terms and conditions associated with the reserved rate are listed on the Website. The customer acknowledges having read and understood these terms at the time of booking and agrees to comply with the restrictions of the selected rate.

The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation or reservation request by Hiporesa.com, or upon online prepayment by credit card. Prior to making any reservation, the customer agrees to provide the information requested by the establishment and required by the Site to process the reservation. The customer certifies that the information provided is true and accurate.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the fare and offer selected. They are specified at the time of booking.

Flexible Rate: Cancellations or changes are allowed up to [number] days/hours before the arrival date, free of charge. After this deadline, the cost of the first night will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate: In the event of cancellation or modification, the full amount of the reservation is due.

In the event of a no-show on the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, unless specific terms are stated for the offer.

5. Arrival and Departure

Check-in time: The room is available starting at 3:00 p.m.

Check-out time: The room must be vacated by 12:00 PM at the latest.

Any time beyond this may result in additional charges.

6. The Hotel’s Responsibilities

The hotel assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage to guests’ personal belongings in guest rooms, common areas, or parking lots. We recommend that you store valuables in the in-room safe (if available) or at the front desk.

7. Hotel Policy

No Smoking: This is a non-smoking hotel. Any violation will result in a fixed-rate charge for cleaning and disinfecting the room.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
